You pull up in the long winding driveway, and turn into a parking space. You get out of your car and look around. You see many horses grazing, not a bit surprised to see a new visitor. A curious foal gallops up to you and stops on a dime before crashing into the crisp white fence. He reaches his head toward you looking for a treat, and of course you're a horse person who always carries a carrot in their pocket. You bring it out and give a piece to the foal. His dam whinnies calling him back and he pivots on his hind foot and trots off to his mother. You look around at all of the mares and foal and think, Wow! I could have a foal that looks like one of these! You turn around and walk to the fence that boarders the other side of the drive. There you see a stallion grazing by himself. He picks up his head and pricks his ears. He trots toward you, perfectly balanced. His gait is long and sweeping as he quickly covers the ground. Your breath is taken away momentarily but returns when you here a voice from behind you, "Hello! I see you've met our stallion - ______." You return the greeting and are invited inside for a cool drink. You think, What a wonderful place for horses and what nice people!
Inside the conversation continues...."My name is Kaitlyn, I run ___ and am very proud of what we've done with this place! I found it crumbling and abandoned many years ago. I bought it and put it back together. I had to rebuild many of the buildings including the large training barn to your left and the mare barn straight ahead between the staff cottages. Some of our staff live with us and are located near the mare barn for breeding season. I specialize in breeding Spanish Arabians. We have a newly built lodge for you to stay in to check out our daily schedule to see if you'd like to keep your mare here for breeding season. We have many foaling stalls and other stalls for mares that haven't been bred.
